How do I create a Publisher account?
If you want to create projects then you need to have a Publisher account. Because creating projects may incur a cost, we may therefore follow up with you after you create a Publisher account to verify your details and to ensure that we can correctly send you invoices.
If you create a Publisher account then you cannot join another Publisher account (you can only be a member of one Publisher). Thus, we recommend that you only create a Publisher if you are sure that your employer does not already have one. However, you will still be able to accept invitations to work as a team member on other users' projects.
Also, each company is allowed only one trial. If, when you register your Publisher, we find that your company has already used its trial, we may contact you to arrange a prompt upgrade of your account. But we will never delete any of your files without your knowledge and agreement.
To create a Publisher account
- Log in to your account.
- On your Dashboard, click the big button with 'Want to create your own projects?' on it (on the right-hand side of the list on your dashboard).
- A dialog will appear. Enter the name you want to use for your Publisher. Usually, this should be the name of the company - you can also add your group or division name here, if you need.
- Now, you need to let us know where the company is based, so that we know where to send invoices. If your company is based in the EU (excluding the UK), you should enter your VAT number here so that we can bill you without VAT.
You will also need to indicate that you consent to being charged for this trial. Our current pricing is always available on our website.
- Click the Create button.
Your Publisher account will now have been created and you will be able to create projects. We will also issue your initial invoice for your trial. Be aware that you may be charged for uploading content to Futureproofs if you exceed the limits explained on our website.
